The Story Behind My Frameworks .
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of leadership and communication. First as a senior communication leader inside some of the world’s largest organizations. During those times I observed new senior leaders struggle, not because they were not capable, but because nobody taught them how energy actually moves through a team. Emerging and new leaders were being set up to fail, not from a lack of talent or work ethic, but from a lack of preparation. That gap drove my research. The research built the framework. The framework is what I teach.
The premise is straightforward: energy moves through organizations the same way it moves through physical systems. Leaders who understand the flow can direct it. Leaders who do not will always be reacting to it. The framework gives leaders a new lens, one grounded in science, tested in real organizations and immediately applicable to the situations they face every day.

I spent twenty years inside Fortune 100 and 200 organizations as a senior communication leader and strategists. Currently I collaborate with organization to solve leadership and communication challenges, keynote speaker and training intensives for executves and senior leaders. I hold a dual Ph.D. in Leadership & Organizational Management, an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Marketing, Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and a Professional Certificate in Communication & Public Relations. My professional experience and academic scholarship are the foundation of everything I teach.
