ALAN

CALDWELL

HI, I’M ALAN

My mission is to help individuals and organizations
uncomplicate the complicated

I believe that no problem or issue is too complicated to solve, however oftentimes we over-think issues and it is the overthinking along with the human ego that creates complexity in situations. I believe that if we break issues (personal or business) down into smaller elements it helps develop strategies that deliver better results.

In my professional career I have worked on global high-profile communication and leadership issues. My academic research focuses on communication theory, leadership theory and change management models. I have worked at Fortune 100 organizations and lectured at leading academic institutions which include the University California Los Angeles (UCLA) and Pepperdine University.

The First Step Toward Success is to Take the First Step

That first step might feel overwhelming, but it’s crucial because it turns dreams into action. It doesn’t need to be perfect or grand; it just needs to happen. Progress comes from action, not inaction. Go ahead, take that first step, however small, and trust that momentum will follow. Once you start, you’re on your way to something greater.
