I hold a dual Ph.D. in Leadership and Change Management from Pepperdine University, an MBA from Mount Saint Mary’s University, a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Computer Science from Baylor University, and a Professional Certificate in Public Relations from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).


In addition to my academic achievements, I have served as an adjunct professor and guest instructor at several leading higher education institutions across the United States, sharing my expertise in leadership, change management, and strategic communication.
My current research focuses on two explanatory behavioral theories derived from my dissertation, which explored the experiences of minority executives in global corporate organizations.
